As I regretfully declared in my last post, the final day of summer is officially September 22nd. I’ve been taking full advantage of my spare time and have been venturing outside to soak up those last summer rays. The most relaxing and enjoyable way to do that is in a swimsuit by the pool or at the beach, and lucky for me, both options are available in the nearby Hamptons.
A weekend getaway to the Hamptons, or any warm destination, typically requires me to bring a few swimsuits, because I don’t want to wear the same style and color suit every day. But this time around, I only had to bring one swimsuit, and I never wore the same look twice. Yep, you heard me — ONE suit! How is that possible, you ask?
The first-ever transitional swimsuit, the B. Suit, solves all my swimwear woes. Let’s just put it out there, I take a lot of pictures — selfies or not — and I prefer not to be seen in the same suit all the time. I always want to mix up my styles and colors. The B. Suit is a reversible swimsuit that can be worn up to 10 different ways. Built for the athletic girl in mind, this suit moves how you move and doesn’t ride, slide or slip on accident.
Just because summer is ending doesn’t mean that warm beach getaways are not in your future. And even if they aren’t, swimsuits can be worn as part of your daily outfit. Festival bound or not, there are multiple ways you could incorporate a suit into your look. For example, slip a fun colored bottom, like the B. Suit, under a sheer or woven skirt or pant. Or, wear a bandeau under a deep V or muscle tee. A pop of color is always a great accent to any outfit!
I chose to have my pop of color under a sheer blouse to complement my multi-color skirt. Check out how I wore my B. Suit and shop the look below.
PS. The B. Suit is giving 20% off your first suit with code “TEAMNIKKI.”
